- Ground yourself in the present moment. Get in tune with your senses. Sight, smell, sound, and feel. Look around but don’t stare. Smell but don’t be weird. Breath.
- The hardest part. Confidence. You can fake it, till you make it. Practice your model and look in the mirror. Eyebrow up and relax your mouth. Be effortlessly relaxed. Confidence is silence.
